Versicherungen

Jede Nation ist verpflichtet, an den Weltmeisterschaften vor, während und nach dem Sportanlass ihre Teilnehmer zu versichern.

Festareal Waldegg, Horgen

Achtung: Windfahnen

sind nur mit Stativ oder Fuss erlaubt. Es ist ausdrücklich verboten, Windfahnen in den Boden zu rammen!

Teilnehmerbeiträge

Startgeld Wettkampf CHF 100.-- pro Start und Kategorie
Bankettkarte CHF 40.-- pro Teilnehmer

Dopingkontrollen

Es werden Dopingkontrollen durchgeführt.

Transport

Für die Transporte zum Wettkampfplatz sind grundsätzlich die Nationen verantwortlich. Sollten Sie über keine eigenen Transportmöglichkeiten verfügen, bitten wir Sie, dies auf dem Anmeldeformular zu vermerken.

Unterkunft

Die Delegationen sind selbst für die Unterkunft verantwortlich. Eine Unterkunftsliste mit Möglichkeiten in verschiedenen Preisklassen kann bei obenstehender Adresse angefordert werden. Da gleichzeitig ebenfalls das Eidg Armbrustschützenfest stattfinden wird, empfehlen wir Ihnen die Reservationen rechtzeitig vorzunehmen!

General Information

Insurance

Each nation is responsible for its own insurance for all the delegates, before (arrival), during and after (departure) the event. The organiser does not take any liability.

Attention: Flags for wind control

allowed only with a tripod or a flag holder over gound! It is prohibited to push the flag into the ground!

Participants fee

Competition entry fee : per category and start CHF 100.--
Banquet card per person CHF 40.--

Doping control

Frequently, in accordance with the standart regulations.

Transportation

All transports to the place of event are in responsibility of the nations. Should you require any assistance, please leave a note on application form.

Accommodation

All participants are requested to make their own arrangments / Hotel reservations. A brochure of the various Hotels together with a price list can be ordered from the address above. Due to having the Confederate as well as the WM competition simultaneously, we recommend you to make early bookings.
